1	Project Concorde Midway City is approved by Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) and the BDA approval No is PS/EM/TA3/E-27-05/06.
2	The corner apartments will have a premium of Rs.50 on the basic price per sq.ft.
3	The booking amount will be Rs.200,000/- per apartment and the purchaser/s have to pay a minimum of 15% of the total cost of the apartment less the booking amount within 15 days of from the date of booking. The Purchaser can avail Company’s Home loan support service at free cost.
4	The Purchaser/s will have to execute the Sale Agreement immediately after the payment of 15% of the total cost of the apartment.
5	If the purchaser/s cancels the booking, 10% of paid amount shall be forfeited and the balance sum will be returned within 15 working days.
6	The Company shall not be responsible for any consequence due to Acts of God/ force majeure or State.
7	Bank charges at actuals will be borne by the purchaser/s for any outstation cheques and payments through credit cards etc.,
