We, at the Concorde Group, have built a steady reputation by continually delivering quality construction and aesthetically-driven homes since 1998. PMAY Scheme

CONCORDE SUPPORTS HOUSING FOR ALL

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY ) envisages to give “a pucca house with water connection, toilet facilities, 24x7 electricity supply and access"? to all Indians by 2022. As per PMAY, the government will give credit linked subsidy schemes (CLSS) to weaker sections and Middle Income Groups on home loans. A subsidy of 4% will be given for loans up to Rs 9 lakh for those whose household annual income is up to Rs 12 lakh. Similarly, an interest subsidy of 3% will be given for loans up to Rs 12 lakh for those whose household income is up to Rs 18 lakh. Using this scheme advantage, one can avail a saving of up to Rs.2.35 lakhs/- and the carpet area should be within 1183 sq.ft.
