Terms and Conditions

This Programme is applicable for residential properties of Concorde Group. Special offers will be applicable only on projects mentioned in price offer document.

  • Special prices & offers as well as permission for activities will be valid only for the period of the agreement between both parties.
  • In order to avail benefits under the Concorde Priviledge Programme an employee must be either a Primary or Secondary applicant in the booked residence He/she must also submit a signed copy of the Company Identity Card for Concorde Group records.
  • Bookings through Channel partners are not eligible to participate in Concorde Priviledge Programme.
  • While a customer who has booked a residence under the Concorde Priviledge Programme can refer his/her acquaintances under the Concorde Priviledge Programme he/she will not be eligible for referral rewards if the referred customer avails benefits of the Concorde Priviledge Programme with the same/different corporate. Referral benefit can be availed if the referred customer decides not to avail benefits of the Concorde Priviledge Programme.
  • The offers under the Concorde Priviledge Programme cannot be combined partially/fully with any other offer and / or discount.
  • In case of any conflict by either parties. The decision of Concorde Group will be final.
  • Concorde Group reserves the rights to include modify and/or remove any terms and conditions or offers from the Concorde Priviledge Programme or the Programme itself without any prior notice.
  • We agree to allow the usage of our company logo & name in association to Concorde Priviledge Programme.
