I bought one plot a couple of weeks back. It is a very good investment to my knowledge. It will be the next prime raising location as my per analysis on the city. Also 50% of the location is already sold out and they are giving the owners details as they like. I have verified couple of random plot owners as I want to check on Concorde. I have felt Concorde is very genuine finally..

I booked 40X60 site... Current status of the project is good I can say.the layout is of 150 acres or so. About 30-40% of the layout have well-built roads... for the rest, the road is marked but not built yet. Plots have been numbered(DTCP approved). It is not far from Whitefield,Old Madras road etc.
